The hamlet of Toses is the starting point for many adventure activities: cliffs, speleology, climbing, alpine aerial courses, and flora and fauna watching excursions.

An alpine aerial course has been installed very close to the hamlet of Toses, in the so-called Roques del Migdia, which are beautifully situated at a height of 1,800 m. It consists, amongst other elements, of a 40 meter rope slide, a 22 meter Tibetan bridge, a 15 meter abseiling, and a 14 meter monkey bridge.
